To reclaim, please contact your local tax office. Conference Fees include Pre-Conference Tutorial The participation fees include the attendance in the Pre-Conference Tutorial, the proceedings as well as the coffee break. Main Conference All delegates will receive the complete conference materials (proceedings and list of delegates). Also included are lunch and coffee breaks as well as the Welcome Get-Together on 17 May 2011 and the IntAIRCOAT Night on 18 May 2011 Please note that for the Guided Tour pre-registration is mandatory as places are limited. Conference Language The conference language is English. Cancellations Fee will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received by 20 April 2011 at the latest. 50% of the conference fee will be refunded should notification of cancellation be received later, but not later than 4 May 2011. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fees. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing and will be confirmed by the organiser. In all cases date of postmark shall apply. Any fee to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme content or to cancel the event due to important reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may appear in this context will not be reimbursed. Please note By registering you understand that your participation and attendance at the conference may be videotaped, filmed and/or audio recorded. You agree that the recording may be used for any lawful purposes that Vincentz Network, or its designees, in their sole discretion, may determine.
