Conference fees

Conference participation (June 17 – 18, 2025):

Trust rate: 1.845,-€* (for registrations received by March 17, 2025)

Early bird: 1.945,-€* (for registrations received by May 17, 2025)

Standard: 2.045,-€* (for registrations received after May 17, 2025)

Airline / Aircraft Manufacturer fee: 1.022,50 €* (for representatives from Airline / Aircraft Manufacturer companies)

MRO fee: 1.022,50 €* (for representatives from MRO companies with coating services)

Group Booking: 15 % reduced conference fee (not applicable to the Airline/Aircraft Manufacturer and MRO fee) for registering 5 people or more from the same company, same base.

*All prices plus 20 % French VAT.

Fees including full conference participation, incl. conference materials and list of delegates, the authority for downloading the presentation on the internet, luncheons, catering and the participation in the evening networking events.

Cancellations

Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received by May 6, 2023. 50 % of the conference fees will be refunded in case notification of cancellation is received later, but not later than May 23, 2023. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organizer will be liable for the whole conference fees. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing. In all cases date of postmark shall apply. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. The organizer reserves the right to change the program content or to cancel the event due to important reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may appear in this context will not be reimbursed.

Guided Tour at Airbus + Aeroscopia Museum (June 17, 2025)

Participation in the conference is included in the registration fee. To ensure access, all participants are required to submit their passport details, including passport number, date, and place of birth, no later than two weeks before the event. Late submissions may result in denied participation, as Airbus reserves the right to review participant information. Additionally, participants must present their original passport upon arrival for on-site admission. Airbus maintains the right to refuse entry at its discretion.

By registering you understand that your participation and attendance at the conference may be videotaped, filmed and/or audio recorded. You agree that the recording may be used for any lawful purposes that Vincentz Network, or its designees, in their sole discretion, may determine. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Law. Company’s name, city and country might be published on the Internet as reference for the upcoming IntAIRCOAT conferences.

Data Protection

Vincentz Network produces a list of delegates for each event which may include the following information: company name, address (zip code, city, country), name and job function of delegate. This list of delegates will be made available for all conference delegates, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors of the event, who may use the data for promotional purposes. Objection against publication and circulation of this data may be made at any time until 3 weeks prior to the event and has to be made in writing to the organiser. Company’s name, city and country might be published on the internet as reference for upcoming IntAIRCOAT conferences.

Conference language

The conference language is English. We will be offering a AI based translation tool for all presentations.
