René Lang is now responsible for Mankiewicz’s global aviation. He follows in the footsteps of Andreas Ossenkopf. Michael Grau, CEO and owner of Mankiewicz, regrets the loss of Ossenkopf: “We are grateful for his particularly motivating optimism, inventive spirit and strength of implementation. He and his team have made aviation history over the past decades” Ossenkopf is leaving the company at his own request to pursue new challenges. However, he will continue to be available for certain projects. His successor, René Lang, is an accomplished chemical engineer and manager who has already made a name for himself in responsible positions in the coatings industry, for example at BASF Coatings. “I am enthusiastic about the product portfolio and the highly interesting aviation market, and I am sure that together with our customers we will quickly fly around the current crisis,” says Lang.
